Our Story

Pur-Umeed Pakistan was founded by a group of passionate individuals from Chitral, Pakistan, who witnessed firsthand the struggles of talented students unable to continue their education due to financial constraints. Recognizing the immense potential of these young minds and the transformative power of education, we decided to take action. Our goal is to ensure that no child’s dreams are left unfulfilled due to socio-economic barriers. What started as a small initiative has now grown into a dedicated movement, bringing hope and opportunities to countless underprivileged children. Through our various programs, we provide the necessary resources, financial support, and mentorship to help students build a better future for themselves and their communities.

The name Pur-Umeed means “Full of Hope”, and that’s exactly what we strive to bring to the children and families we support. Every book we provide, every school fee we cover, and every skill we teach is a step toward a brighter, more hopeful future.

Our Mission

At Pur-Umeed Pakistan, our mission is to:
  • Break financial barriers preventing children from accessing education by providing scholarships, school supplies, and tuition support.
  • Establish micro-libraries in schools and communities to promote literacy, critical thinking, and a love for reading.
  • Offer vocational training programs to equip young individuals with practical skills for economic independence and career growth.
  • Foster mentorship and guidance for students, ensuring they receive emotional and academic support throughout their educational journey.
